Charmesa Dubose
Meet the CEO
Charmesa Dubose is the founder and CEO of Queen C's Essentials. Queen C's Essentials was born from a young Black woman's passion for creativity, community, and self-expression. As a Pensacola native raised in a military family, she learned early on the importance of discipline, integrity, and staying true to who you are — values that guide everything she creates.
What started as a love for design has grown into a brand that celebrates individuality and helps others bring their visions to life. Whether it's custom apparel, branding, or creative collaboration, Queen C's Essentials is here to uplift, inspire, and make an impact.
Meet the Woman Behind the Brand
Charmesa is a 24-year-old business owner, Pine Forest High School graduate, and current Pensacola State College student. She holds an AA in Early Childhood Education and is now pursuing an AA in Health Information Management.
As the Owner, Creative Director, and Lead Designer, she handles every part of the process — from design and production to marketing, customer service, and business operations. Her background as a content creator, model, and upcoming actor allows her to represent the brand confidently and authentically.
Queen C's Essentials is her way of giving back to her community, honoring her roots, and creating opportunities for others to shine.
Our Story
The Moment Everything Changed
Queen C's Essentials was born during a deeply personal chapter of Charmesa's life. In the summer of 2019, while her mother was in the hospital, she needed an outlet — something that gave her hope and direction. She started with a simple haircare idea, not knowing it would grow into the brand she runs today.
As time passed, her vision expanded. She realized she wanted to do more than create products — she wanted to collaborate, design, uplift, and bring people's ideas to life. That's how Queen C's Essentials became the creative brand it is now.
What makes this brand unique is the heart behind the work. Built from family, faith, resilience, and a desire to turn a difficult moment into something meaningful — every design, every collaboration, and every client experience reflects that journey.
